My teenager and now young adult has been going to Cece’s for several years. She is withdrawn in public because of disability but Cece always gets a hug and smile and patience in the chair. The braiding is perfect every time. The braiders are all kind and fast working. The salon is clean and friendly. We treasure this salon.
